Harbour Press sold books through a marketplace. The marketplace took a large fee and hid the authors.
What we built
Every book is one Markdown file. The editor adds a file, writes the description, and the page appears. The site builds in nine seconds.
Result
Direct sales now make 38 percent of the revenue. The editor publishes a new title without help.
