Eleven breweries buy malt together. They tracked the orders in a shared spreadsheet. The spreadsheet broke every autumn.
What we built
One page per order round. Each brewery enters its volume. The page shows the group total and the price per kilogram in real time.
Result
The cooperative saved 17 percent on the 2023 malt order. No spreadsheet broke.
